An outcrop with draped beds on massive sandstone of the Allegheny Group at Glen Ebon in York Township, Athens County, Ohio. This area has shale, siltstone, sandstone, conglomerate, limestone, coal, clay and flint lithologies. Bedrock is from the Pennsylvanian Geologic Period. The image includes Michael L. Couchot and was taken by Micheal C. Hansen in 1976.
