This is an aluminum manual strainer and a sieve. It comes with a wooden pestle for mashing/juicing and a stand with removable legs. This kitchen tool was indispensable circa 1950. The strainer/sieve saw a lot of use during the canning season. It was also used to make jam and tomato sauce.
