Wood carving with a gilded large plumed Chinese bird in center. It is surrounded by black painted Chinese cloud designs within a black painted rectangular frame which has a red interior trim. There are two brass elongated plaques with incised floral design applied to the frame: one at the top center, the other bottom center.
