Called the “The County Newsletter” which was a monthly magazine dedicated to the county School Officials of WV Has a picture of the Jackson County Courthouse, Ripley WV on the cover. It is dated 1st qtr, 1942. Volume IV. Filled with news and events that surround county officials of WV. Inside includes and interesting notice titled “Au Revior” which stated it was to be the last publication till the end of the war. This publication at the time was considered a luxury.
