Description

Dull gray metal (pewter?), handle is flat at the top, halfway down it is rounded with outward notches. The end of the spoon is bent. At top of handle on front is a scallop design. Possible used by family of Lenard Librum Pilchard and wife Jamima. Jamina's grandfather was Thomas Henry Hughes. Perhaps the initials are his?
