Description

Belonged to Helen Brown Fowler when she was a child in the 1800s. Has 5 burners with removable tops. On front is a door to put wood in to heat stove top and oven. The oven door opens in the front. Oven has a removable shelf that has two openings. Also, on the right side of the top is a removable shelf, probably to place pans for cooling. There is a stove exhaust pipe. On oven door is "Dainty" with flower designs, silver color on door. Top panel on front where wood is put in. There is a flower in the middle with decoration around the sides - lines and scallops. The door that opens to place wood in stove has a lever that moves top open/ close for vent. The door has scallop design around the inner edge, with 2 ledges below. On each end is a vase with a flower in it. The stand of stove has 4 legs with scallop design around the bottom between legs. There is a skillet and fork on one burner - for has lots of rust.
