Description

iron weighted cover that clamps over jar lids, looks like can opener, protruding handle lift, twisting the handle closes the two semi-circle pieces gripping the jar lid for easy opening. Rusted iron with flecks of black enamel still visible. Handle says "Tarbox and Bogart Mfg. Co patented 1901 Cleveland, OH.
