Description

The stone is almost rectangular with the bottom being a little longer than the top. The top is carved to form part of the arch. There is a decorative design carved into the front. The front and top are smoothed and the sides and bottom are left rough. The 1887 school was located on Henry Street from 1888 to 1968.
