Photo of Washington street, horse droppings in the street at the bottom center. An old car is parked on the right side and there is some sort of blockage at the end of the road, possibly a gathering. Two men on the left side of the road and one man on the right. The title is faded at the top of the image. On the back it says: "Dear Fuff (?) arrived (?) safely. I'm going swimming after supper. You ought to see the squirrels here. (?) nd meals (?) and kisses (?) to call from Mother and Persine." It is addressed to Inslie (?) 1045 Ann St, Parkersburg WV. No stamp or postmark and crop angle 150 at the top something illegible and pencil top right corner.
