Brown small folder that held trifold cards furnished by Boys Life Magazine, which was a magazine for Boys Scouts. Cards are numbered and signed by officials of the Boy Scouts - wallet sized cards. - all have William McMaster's signature out of all merit e. Membership cards - 1924 - 1926 has small-folded print out of all merit badges available to the scouts inside. White cards with color images - black print.
