Clear glass bottle with the name Knoxall on the bottom and liquid measurements on the back of the bottle. Also has 3 (?) embossed on the back. Machine made bottle - has mold seam to the top. It is a 6 sided bottle. In 1994 the Knoxall Logo was stamped on the case of bottles instead of embossing.
