Ravenswood Boat -- Charles Andrew Shepherd worked on the river helping to build dams on Ohio River in 1914-1915. He worked on rive 9 years before enlisting in the service. Photo poor resolution, but depicts boat for building Lock 22.(?) Given that Franklin D. Shepherd gave this in memory of his father Charles Andrew Shepherd, likely given after Charles' death. 2 versions of photo -- yellow/green and blue/purple Franklin -- 29 Jan 1933 - 6 Apr 2022 Charles -- 1 Dec 1892 - 1979 Possibly donated with stereoscope, BOLO knife
