Uncertain if this is a file or scalpel. Handle has fine vertical lines etched for grip. Blade has rough texture like a file, but is shaped like a blade. Has a makers mark on bottom of blade. Can’t read with certainty the maker. Has letters “KRUSTO” but can’t read remainder.
