Westbury High Schools students take pride in their school spirit and the surrounding community especially Willow Waterhole. We were inspired by our school's mascot the husky and the nature that surrounds the school and neighborhood.
My name is Tori Tarkington and I have always wanted an art car ever since I found out about what art car and the parade was all about. The students at Westbury are so excited about their first ever art car and the experience they are having during the entire build process and leading up to the parade itself. Students are most ecstatic about the memories they are making with one another and the bonding of the group as a hole. We love meeting to work on the car 2-3 times a week and hanging out and just focusing on all things art car.
