Using their lashing skills, they created a knight and a dragon for him to face - showing their readiness to help people at all times.

Rick Higgs last art car was a tribute to his friend and art car legend, Tom Jones. Rick wants to increase youth participation, and he's finally got the kids motivated to submit the entry before the deadline! We're excited to be encouraging new art car enthusiast!
