Retrofitted Winnebago RV to be a mobile classroom on wheels, taking HPL Services out to the communities that cannot get to us.. We will have new decals for the Art Car Parade that we place on the vehicle to celebrate the Art Car Parade.
We are most excited to share with the community that HPL is turning 120 years old this year!
