"Found On Road - Don't mess with Texas ®, is a retired Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) fleet vehicle decorated with items that have been found on our roadways. Items include tire debris, chairs, ladders, boxes, cans, paper bags, fenders, bumpers, hub caps, cups and cigarette butts – pretty much anything else found on Texas highways. We decided last year that we wanted to point out to the motoring public what we find and how it could affect our daily commutes. We want to remind travelers that
