This 2005 Honda Ruckus motor scooter has evolved a lot since it's first entry in the Art car parade in 2006. And it's still evolving! this scooter has 46,000 miles, and has been in many other local and regional parades. I love the smiles and waves from everyone who sees and enjoys it!
I attended my first Art Car Parade around 1991, but never thought about actually entering until I got a scooter, started decorating/customizing it, and a friend said I should enter it. To my surprise it was accepted for the 2008 parade, and I have attended every year since. The scooter went through a complete redo after a wreck in 2018 (hit by a car/hit and run). Inspiration comes from my imagination, and it comes in waves. Usually I sit and look at it, and think what else can I do!
