Youth1st- 2023-2022-2016-2017/ 2nd 2019,2018 - diff cars, diff schools---- Mythology is made from ceramics, stucco, foam, plastic, metal and paint. The vehicle has intricate carving of architectural French scrolling with ceramic sculptures on the theme of mythology and folklore.---- Teaching through the art car experience opens new avenues of critical thinking for students. I love that they learn leadership, how to collaborate on creative ideas and innovate for the art car making process. This current art car is my daily driver to and from work every day. Driving an art car brings looks of joy and wonder to the faces of strangers, and it is one of the best parts of my life.
