---- The Dragonfly Whimzee is a hand-painted, multi-award-winning, 2013 Toyota Prius, "dressed" in whimsical colorful Dragonflies emerging from blue waters and cat tails. Adorned with glass marbles, glitter, and Dragonfly decals.
The Whimzee has color-changing under carriage lights and wheel well lights on the exterior and color-changing lights that twinkle in the interior.
The Whimzee made her first public appearance in the 2019 Houston Art Car Parade - the largest event of its kind in the country. Since then the Whimzee has traveled to over 20 States and over 25,000 miles to participate in ArtCar events.---- I've been fascinated by dragonflies since I was a child and have felt a special connection to them so it was an easy decision when it came time to create my first ArtCar. It was my inspiration, my vision, my concept and my handiwork. The name Dragonfly Whimzee is derived from my desire to present them in a whimsical fashion that would bring smiles to everyone who would see the Whimzee and she has lived up to her slogan of "Miles of Smiles."
