Kat BaLu is a blue furry kitty. She has travelled round the country amusing young and old. If you pet the soft feline, she will purr for you.---- Story of Kat BaLu. Once upon a time, she was a beautiful Art Car named a Little Bit of Nonsense by Randy Blair. During Quarantine, he stripped the shiny jewels from her body. Ouch! She was left with up to three inches thick of epoxy and E6000. Now what do I do? I usually paint cars and this does not have a true flat surface . One evening, a fellow Cartist commented, "You need to FUR this thing." Wow! The answer to my burning question. Kate Warren, from Chattanooga, invited me, Queen Becky, accompanied by Gina Hamperson to Art 120 for the transformation. At the Creative Discovery Museum we spent two weeks constructing our masterpiece while educating the public. The name Kat BaLu came from a naming contest won by Dorothy McRae. And the rest is history.
