Yellow fleur de lis decal custom made for hood and doors.---- I have been part of the art car community as a friend for a long time. When Belinda said she was selling cars - my friends encouraged me to do my own art cat. I am a Nola girl who loves Mardi Gras and all this leopard print. So I combined the two things I loved for the car.
