This is the family bible given in 1841 to Edmund Stainton Day.
On the right hand side at the top there are the details of Horatio Edmund Valentine Day, born 1871, who would marry Dorothy Hughes in 1908. The righthand page entries were possibly written by Dorothy after she was widowed. They seem to have all been written at the same time, the last one being dated 1947.
