There is no description for this photograph of Peter Mack, "Joe", (on the far left) with unknown chums but it seems to be immediate post-war. The only sign to what it depicts is quite literally a sign, pointing to Radlett on the B462.
The B462 went from near Watford, through Aldenham, and up Watford Road to Radlett village. The likeliest location for the photograph is Aldenham.
