Circa 1954. Peter with Christine (later Kris) and Jenny (later Jennie).
JMG notes (December 2025): "Fishing was an odd hobby for Peter, but he may well have learned it at St Andrew's Hospital, Northampton, circa 1946, where it was used for patient therapy (see RAF watch entry). His most important contact there was Rupert Harris, a male nurse and sports therapist, and Rupert annually took groups of patients to Wales to stay in a house and go fishing as part of their treatment.
The second photograph was probably taken at the same time as Peter's clothes look very similar in the two images, as does the fishing rod."
