1963/Jensen: Back garden at North HealeDescription
North Heale, High Bickington near Umberleigh, North Devon. Bill Clarke (Uncle Bill) playing the mouth organ to Jennie, Richard, Christine. The view is from the porch, with its sloping wings, at the back of the house.
The flower garden was always well cared for despite the poverty of many other arrangements at the farm.
Photograph from one of a set of transparencies taken by Marion, who had brought her newly adopted daughter Barbara to visit GG and Vinnie.
