The stewardship scene is of Judas being offered the silver from the high priest just prior to the crucifixion of Christ. Legendary early film actors starred in this early film. H.B. Warner played Christ, Dorothy Cummings played Mary, Ernest Torrence as Peter, Joseph Schildkraut as Judas, and Jacqueline Logan as Mary Magdalene. Famous author Ayn Rand and her sister Sally Rand played extras in the film. The giant gate was used later in the original film King Kong.
