Caption: One small tube chute dispensing funds “For actual relief of the poor”. One incredibly large chute pouring out funds in a large sack the size of three grown men holding up the sides- “For salaries, office rent, and miscellaneous expenses.” One overweight man with feet up on the table with a list of subscriptions for which the larger part of charity is being diverted.
