An original unused photo postcard, depicting Chippie and his caretaker. Chippie, a Cairn Terrier was a 2nd generation charity collecting dog. He was given by Queen Mary to replace collecting dog, Billy of Badminton. Chippee was the son of another collecting dog named Splinters of Balmoral, England. Card states that Chippie is too small to carry a collecting box , but donations can be made to fund listed with instructions. The funding need cause was rebuilding All Hallows Guild Church of Tower Hill in London.
