Mid-nineteenth century, printed organdy dress with medallions containing roses, rosebuds and foliage. Long sleeves with organdy lining. Skirt and bodice top. Top has small, concealed metal hooks in front for closure. Tag accompanying dress says "Dress loaned by Miss. Nan Blackwell, owned and worn by her great-aunt, Mrs. Hunton of New Balto. [New Baltimore, VA]."
