Description

Silver oval-shaped belt buckle with John L. Lewis' face in the center. To the right are the years he was alive (1880-1969). Words circle around the belt buckle that state "United Mine Workers of America" and "Founded on Blood, Sweat, and Tears". Floral design of the belt loop and clip on reverse side. Belt loop is rusted, so likely was not applied with an alloy like the rest of the buckle
