Each book in this series covers a different set of Presidents throughout American History. Published in 1901 and copyright in 1900, each book opens with a Prefatory note by the author and then proceeds to give a portrait of the President that is being covered. Each portrait is also accompanied with a short biography of their life as well as a picture of their respective homes. Next, each section is organized by what that specific president did during their time in office. The Inaugural speech and their concluding remarks as president act as bookends for their section.
