It is also called a Mission point. Made out of semi-translucent Edwards chert. Found near Goliad, in Goliad County, South Texas. This is a perfect point, resharpened once or twice, a SCARCE type that is in G9 - G10 condition.

Context

This point was from the Bob Miller collection of Texas - a well known collector from the area. It was purchased by Scott Swanger of Shelby, Ohio, who sent it to Greg Perino to type and for his COA Authentication. I bought this point from Mr. Swanger in 2004. This excellent piece will come with the Greg Perino original COA and my artifact data sheet.
