Description
Edison lamp showing signs of being rebuilt with a non Edison type filament. Due to patent suit judgements many lamp companies were not able to produce lamps from 1892-1894, forcing companies to offer rebuilding services to expired lamps. This lamp was rebuilt by opening at the neck and installing a new filament. Rebuild company unknown.
