Information on Hana BecharPaneth from the Pomegranate Collection: "Hanna is a graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Art where she studied under the guidance of metalwork masters Wolpert, Gumbel, and Berman. After graduation and a short spell of teaching art, Hana opened her own workshop in Jerusalem. She has been awarded several prizes from the Israeli export institute and has designed two coins minted by the Bank of Israel. Hana has participated in several international exhibitions in Los Angeles, Sweden, Norway, and Germany. A few of her jewelry pieces have been sold to Cartier in New York. Articles about her work have appeared in 'Crafts of Israel,' 'Die Virtine' - Vienna, Austria, 'Journal Suisse des Technology,' - Luasanne, Switzerand, and 'Jewely-Concepts and Technology,' Los Angeles."
