Translation notes from Rabbi Brazner 3/15/24:
-The top set of three letters mem-vav-hey is likely an acronym, but I’m not familiar with it and googling is coming up short unfortunately
-The long middle line is a name: Isaac Zeev ben Leah Gold
-Underneath the name is a date, and I’m struggling with the first “word” which is made up of zayin-tzadee-lamed. But what comes after is kaf-vav tammuz tav-shin-kaf, lamed, which would be 26 Tamuz 5750 IF you include the lamed at the end. The lamed is underneath the text though so it’s a bit of a mystery if I should include it in the date. If DON’T include the lamed below its 5720
