Hebrew: "Out Father our King, open the doors of Heaven to our prayers."
Notes on translation from Rabbi Gerald M. Kane
The phrase on the bottom right corner seems to be suggested by the text of Jeremiah 3:19 in which Jeremiah speaks of a messianic age when "men shall no longer speak of the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord, not shall it come to mind. They shall not mention it, or miss it, or make another..." He goes on to say that while God had resolved to "adopt" the Jewish people as "His child" and had given us "...a beautiful land -- the fairest heritage of all the nations... (This is the section where Eretz Tzvi is found). The word tzvi in addition to meaning "hart" or "deer" also translates as "beauty." The chapter concludes with the observation that the Jewish people broke faith with God and were exiled.
The phrase on the bottom left is taken from Deuteronomy 33:28...Moses' farewell address to the Jewish People before they entered the Promised Land: "Thus Israel dwells in safety/Untroubled is Jacob's abode (or fountain)/In a land of grain and wine/Under heavens dripping dew."Made/Created
