This photo is 28.25 x 28 inches and is a black and white aerial shot of Rexburg during the flood. There is red lettering on the photograph that labels Main street as well as the railroad tracks. In the upper right corner, in red pen ink, is written, "June 5, 1976_Rexburg, Idaho_During Flood". Its scale is 1 inch= 350 feet. The frame is a foam cord with papers glued around it that indicate where certain landmarks are. They are Porter Park and a trailer court. The letters "C" and "A" are on the foam cord in red. The same letters are in black on the photograph itself. On the back of the board is written, "84-2-4".
