Description

This photo is an 8x10 and is black and white and is also laminated. A large piece of metal is sitting in the center of the photo. There are big chunks of cement and rebar scattered around it. The canyon wall can be seen in the background. The words P549-100-226-A Teton Project, Idaho This appears to be the northwest corner of the roof of the powerhouse below Teton Dam following the break in the dam. The remainder of the building apparently was buried under a pile of rock and gravel. 6-6-76 Bureau of Reclamation photo by Glade Walker is written in the back in the center. The words Credit U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation Region 1 Box 043- 550 W Fort St Boise Idaho 83702 P-549-100-226 A is written in the bottom left corner. The words 2 top 3 are written in the top left corner in pencil.
