This photo is black and white and shows the Governor Cecil Andrus talking to three men in front of what is left of a farmers field. The Governor came to the area to see what he could do to help. However, many of the locals had taken care of most of their needs. Andrus returned to Boise to petition the federal Government for aid. This photo is on display in the flood room.
