Bingham Furniture. Note reads: After the flood water receded, Bingham's found themselves in a mire of mud and debris. The furniture was completely ruined (what little was left in place.) The front windows were completely ruined, and had to be replaced, the door was out, and this created quite a problem when you tried to lock up for the night. The state of Idaho had officers in Rexburg the day after the flood, and spared us some looting. The few things that were not ruined at Bingham's however, were loaded in trucks by looters and hauled away.
All doors in the front and rear entrances had to be replaced, all windows replaced. The outside had to be cleaned and scrubbed. The tree outside in the flower boxes had to be braced up also, and later replanted.
