On June 5, 1976, the Teton Dam completely destroyed our business. We were out of business for four months.
Our building had to have a complete new front including doors, plate glass windows, and all new woodwork.
The interior, of course, was totally destroyed, the flooring collapsed and everything in the shop was in the basement. It involved a complete remodeling job, paint, wallpaper and paneling, new fixtures and furniture displays.
