Teton Dam Scrapbook Flamm Funeral Home

Description

Flamm Funeral Home note reads: After the flood of June 1976, the lawns at the Flamm Funeral Home were covered with a four inch deposit of mud. With a tractor, equipped with a snow removal attachment, the mud was scraped from the grass and into the street for removal. What little lawn remained was then treated with fertilizer and new seed was scattered to bolster the lifeless turf. A summer of good care brought a lively and attractive lawn. New shrubs replaced the damaged ones and again fertilizer, sunshine and water were the orders. With winter coming on the shrubs have received sufficient attention and care to insure an attractive and pleasant atmosphere for next spring. The front of the building sustained little damage, much water and mud were inside the building.
