Herdti Electric Co. The note on this page is a letter to the Civic Club dated September 27, 1977, and reads:
We are pleased to submit to you the following information regarding our place of business after the Teton Dam break June 6, 1976.
The front of our store was practically ruined. The windows were washed out and part of the exterior finish was damaged. We are enclosing a picture to show the store front after the damage had been repaired.
There was Five feet of water in our store which ruined all the Major and Small Appliances and all Merchandise which was on the floor. The basement was also filled with water. All merchandise therein was destroyed.
We spent 785 Man Hours to clean up after the flood to put our place of business back in operating condition.
