Kentucky Fried Chicken. At the top of the scrapbook page is a note referencing the Before Picture on El-Gene's Page. Note reads:
Kentucky Fried Chicken was a relatively building at the time of the flood, and was built with only one floor, no basement, thank goodness.
We had only been open for business a short time when the flood arrived with all its devastation.
the corner of the building was knocked out by the battering of logs. The windows and doors, had to be replaced, and many man hours were spent on the interior to get things back to normal. It was the most shocking and pathetic things that we had seen.
We have had quite enough remodeling and rebuilding for some time.
