Utah Power & Light note reads:
This building sustained much damage inside, everything had to be torn out and replaced, carpenters worked for months, after the clean-up operation was completed. The outside had to be thoroughly sand blasted to get the water mark off the front of the building.
The building was new however, and the outside held up pretty well under the pressure of the relentless waters.
