The photo is in colour and is of an old Carousel. The captured scene is after the flood waters receded. Debris is pilled up on the other side of the chainlock fence near the carousel. The colours carousel are a light blue-grey and a vibrant red. It is hard to see the carousel horses through the fence, but their outlines are there. The photo was taken on an overcast day. The dimensions of the photo are 3.5" X 4.25" This photo comes from the old Standard Journal Warehouse located at 23 S 1st E.
