This could very well be the back of the Standard Journal building, as there are stacks of newspapers on the ground. There are also tables and other objects stacked under the porch at the back of this building. The fact that these things are all sitting around suggests this is a flood photo, but water & or mud damage isn't really visible in this picture. The photo is 7x5. This photo comes from the old Standard Journal Warehouse located at 23 S 1st E.
