The height of the waters obscure where the road is, and surround many of the storehouses on this plot of land. In some areas it seems the flood waters reach about half-way up the buildings. The dimensions of the photo are 7.25" X 9.25". This photo comes from the old Standard Journal Warehouse located at 23 S 1st E.
