A small color photo showing several trees (perhaps in one of the parks in Rexburg) with debris beneath them on the grass. There is no sign of water or mud, but there are broken logs, boards, objects that look like broken fences & tables (maybe picnic tables from the park?). In the background beneath one of the trees is a tire, among other things. This photo is 3.5x4.5". This photo comes from the old Standard Journal Warehouse located at 23 S 1st E.
